4. How We Share and Sell Your Information

We sell or provide your contact information and survey responses to pre-screened, licensed third-party home service companies (such as solar installers, roofing contractors, HVAC companies, and window installers) who may contact you regarding services you have expressed interest in.

Buyer requirements: All service providers who receive your information are contractually required to:

• Be licensed and in good standing in their respective trades
• Not use automated telephone dialing systems (autodialers) or prerecorded messages to contact you
• Not send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Contact you only through legitimate, human-initiated means
• Honor any opt-out or data deletion requests you make

We do not sell your information to telemarketers, data brokers, or any company that does not meet our vetting requirements.

5. Data Retention

• Lead data: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of collection, after which it is archived or deleted.
• Consent records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by TCPA compliance obligations, even if the associated lead data is deleted.
• Export/audit logs: Retained for 7 years for compliance and chain-of-custody purposes.

6. Data Security

We protect your information using industry-standard security measures, including:

• Include your name and email address so we can locate your records

We will process your request within 10 business days and confirm via email.
